EXHIBITOR INFORMATION AND APPLICATION FOR THE 2019 New ENERGY Solutions COnference

The 2019 New Energy Solutions Conference wants to provide companies, professional service firms, pitching companies, sponsors, non-profit partners and others the unique opportunity to interact with attendees.  Accordingly, we are making available a limited number of  table-top exhibit spaces for the conference.  

Exhibitor space will be located in exhibitor area, which will also be used for the morning break, the afternoon break and for the evening reception. The objective is to maximize the potential for exhibitors to interact with conference attendees throughout the entire conference.  

Exhibit Table Description - Each table is an 8' by 3' table with a black fabric covering over each table. If a table is not preferred, space will be made available in place of a table.

Deadlines - Exhibitor agreements and payments are due by the end of business on June 25, 2019. The agreement form is provided below and payments can be made through the registration website.  

Exhibit Hours - The conference begins with a continental breakfast at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2019, and concludes at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2019.  It is expected that exhibits will be set in place for the duration of the conference.   

Setup / Tear Down - Setup can take place prior to the start of the conference, i.e., before 8:00 a.m., Thursday, June 27, 2019. Tear down takes place after 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2019.
